Why Strength Training?

Strength training becomes increasingly important as we age. It helps maintain:

• bone density

• muscle mass

• balance and stability

• metabolic health

• confidence in everyday movement

But most strength classes move too fast, skip technique, or jump in without establishing a strong foundation.

At Spring Theory we do it differently.

We bring build on the strength and endurance you build in your Pilates classes.

We bring the same thoughtful teaching and precision you expect from Pilates into a strength program.

The Spring Theory Strength Format

These sessions are designed to feel focused and effective.

Small groups of three clients allow for coaching and personalized adjustments.

Sessions are 50 minutes so that you have time for a full body workout and recovery. You’ll feel good after class.

We use a mix of:

• kettlebells and dumbbells

• Pilates Chair and Fuse Ladder

• bodyweight and balance work

• gliding discs and mobility drills

Every session focuses on full-body strength and challenges your core with functional strength, not just isolated muscles.
