Private sessions are the foundation of Spring Theory. One teacher, one client, one session built entirely around your body. Your goals, your history, your pace. This is the fastest path to real progress and ownership of Pilates so that your learning staying with you throughout you day. This the reason most of our clients have been coming for years.
