PRIVATE SESSIONS

Work one-on-one with a highly certified teacher who will personally tailor every minute of your session to be exactly what your body needs to achieve your desired goals. Whether this is your first Pilates session ever or you’re an advanced Pilates practitioner, the benefits of a private session are invaluable. All of the teachers at STP hold 600 hour certifications from the most elite training programs and hold specialization in such areas as pre and post-natal, back injury, weight loss, osteoporosis, posture correction and flexibility, classical exercises and more. Private sessions are 55 minutes and may use one or more pieces of apparatus depending on the needs and goals of the clients. The apparatus may include the cadillac, reformer, wunda chair, spine corrector, jump board and more.

TRIPLE A (ABS-A$$-ARMS)

INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED

Our athletic reformer class strengthens and tones the arms, a$$ and ABS. By fusing the classical pilates method with unique and focused training techniques, this class with define your core, improve posture and chisel your arms.

SPRING THEORY PILATES ™️ FOUNDATIONS

*BEGINNER/ INTERMEDIATE

Our signature class is classical reformer pilates with a little more. A low-impact dynamic group class, including elements of cardio, music and strength training.

CARDIO JUMP

INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED

Add the jumpboard and other cardio elements to the reformer repertoire for an additional cardio boost. The jumpboard employs the principals of plyometrics to train muscles and burn calories.

SCULPT + RESTORE

*BEGINNER/ INTERMEDIATE

This reformer pilates class is a great entry level class. Perfect for those who want to dial back the intensity but not compromise on the sweat and fun. This 55-minute class includes a yoga-inspired stretch and flow to finish. You’ll leave feeling restored and relaxed.

BELLY 🍑BURN

INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED

Sculpt your legs, lift your seat, define your abs and chisel your arms with this upbeat, calorie-blasting fusion class. We combine the elongating elements of the reformer with the best body-chiseling moves. Cool down with a stretch and flow to finish.

AFTER-SCHOOL PILATES

It’s never too early to start pilates! Whether your high-schooler is an athlete trying to improve performance, or a book worm who needs to work on their posture, this class is designed for them. This 45 minute class will strengthen your upper-back muscles and stretch out your shoulders. You’ll stand taller and feel more confident after you complete this routine.
