At Spring Theory Pilates, we love to introduce ourselves with a complimentary 20- minute Private Pilates session with an experience Pilates teacher.


During your visit we will:


• discuss your movement goals

• introduce the Pilates equipment and let you sample some key movement principles.

• answer questions about classes and private sessions


At the end of the consultation your instructor will recommend the best starting package for you.

What Happens After Your Introduction

After completing your introductory package, your instructor will recommend the best way to continue your practice.


Most clients choose one of the following:


  •  weekly small group classes
  • a hybrid of classes and occasional privates
  • ongoing private sessions
  • enrolling in our short-term Mastery experience to accelerate results with more focused, personalized support
