Most new clients begin with a short consultation so we can guide you to the right starting point. This isn't drop-in Pilates. It's a practice built for clients who want structure, longevity, and a body that you can live in.
The Consultation
If you’re unsure where to begin, start here.
At Spring Theory Pilates, we love to introduce ourselves with a complimentary 20- minute Private Pilates session with an experience Pilates teacher.
During your visit we will:
• discuss your movement goals
• introduce the Pilates equipment and let you sample some key movement principles.
• answer questions about classes and private sessions
At the end of the consultation your instructor will recommend the best starting package for you.
3 Private Introduction Series
What Happens After Your Introduction
After completing your introductory package, your instructor will recommend the best way to continue your practice.
Most clients choose one of the following:
- weekly small group classes
- a hybrid of classes and occasional privates
- ongoing private sessions
- enrolling in our short-term Mastery experience to accelerate results with more focused, personalized support

• full Pilates apparatus in studio including reformer, chair, and cadillac
