He regularly works with national team athletes and Olympians as well as professional dancers and celebrities.
Prior to his performing career, David was one of the countries top ranked competitive ski racers competing internationally for the US. He has a degree in Physical Education/Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire where he was named Athlete of the Year in his senior year.
He attended graduate school at Boston University and Stanford University studying physical therapy leaving short of his masters degree to pursue a professional dance career.

Artistic, approachable, anatomical and sincere.
Kate is passionate about making movement approachable and fun, yet still deceptively challenging. Her classes focus on alignment and functional strength exercises which she likes to seamlessly connect into a flowing class. Expect each class to be creative with variations based on individual levels in a positive, focused, and athletic environment.
Kate was introduced to Pilates through dance and has used it to rehabilitate after injury, to prevent injury, and to get a really great workout, changing her body from deep within. She brings with her a full Pilates certification from Pilates Academy International and PMA and a 200-hour yoga certification, along with over a decade of teaching clientele in New York City. She recently moved here for a quieter life but looks forward to bringing her expertise to new people!
