Where are you located?

We are located in Rancho Santa Fe Plaza at the intersection of Encinitas Blvd and Rancho Santa Fe Rd. Also known as the Harvest Ranch shopping center. The address is 162 S Rancho Santa Fe Rd, STE A60 in Encinitas. Our studio is tucked in a courtyard behind the parking lot, across from Stainless Salon, underneath the Jacaranda tree.

What is your cancellation policy?

Spring Theory Pilates strictly upholds a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your session.

What are your Studio Policies?

All purchases are non-refundable.
Please arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled session.

All discounted packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.
Please wear comfortable clothing that is free of metal zippers or buttons. You are asked to work in bare feet or socks with grips.

What are your Covid-19 Protocols?

Keeping our bodies healthy and functioning safely is important to us at Spring Theory and so:

We follow state and CDC guidelines in Spring Theory Pilates.

We have a 1,000 square foot studio that is limited to 10 people Maximum at this time. If you take a class, the reformers are, and have always been, set 5.5 feet apart. They’re nearly socially distant. We can divide our space between 2 sessions in the front room and 1 session in the private room. Additionally, you may work with your instructor to find a less busy time if you’re more comfortable with fewer people.

The equipment is sanitized after each use and session. Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout studio.

Our 50 minute sessions mean that there is time for the studio to clear between sessions.
