Frequently Asked Questions

What are your Covid-19 Protocols?

Keeping our bodies healthy and functioning safely is super important to us at Spring Theory and so:

  • We follow state and CDC guidelines in Spring Theory Pilates: masks are still required for unvaccinated clients and highly recommended for vaccinated clients.

  • We have a 1,000 square foot studio that is limited to 10 people Maximum at this time. If you take a class, the reformers are, and have always been, set 5.5 feet apart. They’re nearly socially distant. You will be in studio with a MAX of 2 other sessions happening concurrently. We can divide between 2 sessions in the front room and 1 session in the private room. Additionally, you may work with your instructor to find a less busy time if you’re more comfortable with fewer people.

  • The equipment is sanitized after each use and session. Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout studio.

  • Our 50 minute sessions mean that there is time for the studio to clear between sessions.

We do keep a close eye on the local numbers as well. This updated county infographic set  has been a valuable resource throughout the pandemic.

Where are you located?

We are located in Rancho Santa Fe Plaza at the intersection of Encinitas Blvd and Rancho Santa Fe Rd. Also known as the Harvest Ranch shopping center. The address is 162 S Rancho Santa Fe Rd, STE A60 in Encinitas. Our studio is tucked in a courtyard behind the parking lot, across from Stainless Salon, underneath the Jacaranda tree.

What is your cancellation policy?

Spring Theory Pilates strictly upholds a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your session, with the exception of Covid-19 symptoms. You must provide a negative PCR Coronavirus test to return to the studio if you cancel with Covid-19 symptoms.
